Damaged passbook

  • If the signature part is damaged or unclear, recommended to replace with new passbook at originating branch. Bring Identitiy Card and ATM Card
  • If the signature part isn’t damaged and still in good condition, go to the nearest branch to replace with new passbook
  • Passbook replacement fee is IDR 3,000

Lost passbook

  • Go to the originating branch to replace the passbook. Bring “Surat Keterangan Hilang” from police station, Identity Card, and ATM Card
  • If customer didn’t bring “Surat Keterangan Hilang” and prefer not to close the account, customer should sign off  statement letter stamped with duty stamp
  • Passbook replacement fee is IDR 3,000

Haven’t received statement

  • Call Phone Banking 14041/1500800  or go to nearest branch to report the complaint
  • If go to the nearest branch, branch will print out Statement on Demand. Bring Identitiy Card and ATM Card
  • If call 14041/500800, Phone Banking Officer will read out the transaction
  • Recommended for customers to register CIMB Clicks and have access independently to check current balance and updated transaction details
