  • Choose menu “Forgot User ID” or “Forgot Password” on main page
  • Follow the instruction

Blocked User ID

  • Call 14041 or 1500800 to reactivate User ID
  • If forgot password, go to nearest ATM, delete the old one, and re-register CIMB Clicks
  • Or go to CIMB Clicks and choose menu “Forgot Password”

Change phone number to send mPin

  • Visit www.cimbclicks.co.id and choose menu “Other Service”
  • Then choose menu “mPin profile”
  • Follow the instruction
  • Change phone number can also be performed in ATM

Change of email address for Clicks transaction notification

  • Visit www.cimbclicks.co.id and choose menu “Other Service” on main page
  • Then choose menu “Change Email Address”
  • Follow the instruction
