Damaged ATM Card

  • Go to the nearest branch
  • Bring ATM Card, Identitiy Card, and passbook
  • The damaged card will be replaced with new card
  • Card replacement fee is IDR 20,000

Lost ATM Card

  • Call 14041 / 50800 or go to the nearest branch to block the card
  • Go to the nearest branch to replace  the card. Bring Identitiy Card dan passbook
  • Card replacement fee is IDR 20,000
  • If the card happened to be found after being blocked, go to the nearest branch to reactivate the card and bring Identitiy Card

Card retained on ATM

  • If the ATM is located at branch and retained at operational hour, report directly to CS to temporarily block the card
  • Customer can get the card back after branch repleninsh the ATM
  • If the ATM isn’t located  at branch or belongs to other bank, call 14041/1500800 or go to nearest branch to block the card
  • Recommended to replace the retained card with new card at nearest branch. Bring Identitiy Card
  • Card replacement fee is IDR 20,000

Forgot ATM PIN

  • Go to the nearest branch to replace ATM Card
  • Bring ATM Card, Identitiy Card, and passbook
  • Card replacement fee is IDR 20,000

Change ATM PIN

  • Go to the nearest ATM
  • Choose menu “Other transactions”
  • Choose menu “Change PIN”
  • Insert old PIN and new PIN
