Quick Pay facility is valid for phone number/ membership number that is listed under the name of the cardholder with the Quick Pay company partner. Quick Pay facility will be processed effectively after Bank has validated all the information with the Quick Pay company partners according to the Agreement between the Bank and the company partners.

If Bank has failed to charge cardholder’s credit card 2 times consecutively with the reason of unavailable credit limit or payment default, Bank have the right to cancel the Quick Pay facility for your recurring payment of your utility bills and stop the payment to its respective company partners. By doing so, cardholders are obligated to make payment directly to the company partner.

In the case of cardholder wants to shift the monthly recurring payment to CIMB Niaga Card Centre, cardholders must first close the similar facility within other Bank.

In order to cancel this facility, cardholders must send the cancellation on written to CIMB Niaga Card Centre. The cancellation will take place effectively 1 (one) month after the cancellation letter is received by CIMB Niaga Card Centre.

This Terms and Conditions is part of the other Terms and Condition that regulates the issuance and utility of the MasterCard / Visa Credit Card.
