April	Corporate News – Good Corporate Governance, “What is Enterprise Risk Management?” – 24 April Inclusion of Good Corporate Governance Implementation self-assessment results as at 31 December 2008 (composite GCG score of 1.1 or 'Very Good') in the Bank’s 2008 Annual Report as required by Bank Indonesia.
May	Mr. Arwin Rasyid, CIMB Niaga CEO, addressed the GCG Conference “Internalizing Best Practices of Good Corporate Governance & Directorship in Facing Global Financial Crisis”, an event co-organized by IICD and Business Review in Bali – 1 May; CIMB Niaga was named “Best GCG Overall 2009” in the Indonesian Good Corporate Governance (GCG) Award by the Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship (IICD) and Business Review – 1 May; Corporate News – Good Corporate Governance, “CIMB Niaga achieves “Best GCG Overall 2009” – 1 May.

Several additional routine activities were carried out during 2009:

1. Induction Programs, including understanding company values and employee code of ethics, and Good Corporate Governance principles, especially for new employees (clerical/non clerical) and participants of the Executive Development Program (PPE)/special hires.

2. Annual GCG Self Assessment Programme, to see how well GCG implementation in Bank Niaga has been carried out (since 2002).
