How to get the service

You can enjoy the Internet Banking service by register at the nearest CIMB Niaga Branch or SST ( Self Service Terminal ) and you made PIN ( Personal Identification Number ) for login to the Internet Banking, beside that you will get User ID ( Alphanumeric Format  ) by Email on the Same Day.

Click Login in the Internet Banking menu. At the first time you log in to Internet Banking, You will be ask to make  Personal Question & Answer and insert your CIF (Customer Identification File) Number, than mPIN registration.

For your security and comfortably doing transaction in the Internet Banking, always use your User ID, Password, Personal Question & Answer, and Mobile PIN.  Personal Question & Answer is an additional security feature beside User ID and Password.  In order to definite that  you have to access the valid website.
 
Mobile PIN (mPIN)  is  additional Personal Identification Number which is needed in every financial transaction.   You can get  it by SMS after finished the Registration and Activated mPIN Facility in The Internet Banking.

mPIN is an additional security feature in the form of a 6-digit code that can be used only once and applied to every financial transaction (Bill Payment, Purchase, Fund Transfer, Indirect Transaction Instruction and Consolidated Payment Instruction) via CIMB Niaga Internet Banking.

mPIN will be sent by CIMB Niaga Bank to your cell phone - the sender will be "14041" - as a response to your request via CIMB Niaga Internet Banking, after you have completed the registration process and mPIN activation process.

You will receive an SMS containing a stock of 5 mPINs that can be used within 24 hours after the SMS is sent by the Bank.  You will be charged according to the amount specified by each of the cellular operators:

     *  Telkomsel, Indosat, XL, Telkom Flexi, Esia and Mobile-8
     *  Overseas cellular operators with international roaming cooperation

In order to enjoy the mPIN facility, please register when you Login to Internet Banking or via the mPIN menu and follow the instructions shown on the screen.  You can also find more information about mPIN in the Help menu within Internet Banking.
