1. Passport can be purchased at all blitzShoppe outlets in blitzmegaplex.
2. Passport can only be purchased by CIMB Niaga Debit Card Holders, CIMB Niaga Syariah Debit Card Holders and CIMB Preferred Debit Card Holders.
3. Every customer is only permitted to purchase 1 Passport per day per debit card.
4. Passport must be presented for every ticket or coupon redemption. Redemption can not be proceed without Passport.
5. All coupons can only be redeemed at location written on passport.
6. Passport is valid until 30 September 2010 or as long as stocks are still available.
